Located on the Miami waterfront, the program will be the first and only program in the country to offer street skating in an urban environment and other adventure sports. The location will be developed to enable other uses besides skating. It will be an international destination for people to come skate. The City of Miami and Bayside Trust have given One Cool World an agreement to use the location.This program is a proposed concept that requires community, political and corporate support in order to succeed.

Miami Skate Plaza will be more then a skate park. It will a skateboarding landmark. The park will benefit the community by offering skaters a free place to practice in a safe secure location.
